By downloading, installing, or using the MacSpoof application ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
IMPORTANT: MacSpoof is designed and licensed exclusively for use on Apple computers equipped with Apple Silicon processors (M1, M2, M3, and newer). The Software is not supported and will not function correctly on Intel-based Mac computers. By purchasing or downloading the Software, you acknowledge that you have verified your system compatibility.
MacSpoof grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The Software is provided to you "AS IS" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, MacSpoof expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
In no event shall MacSpoof be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Software).
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Software after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
